From advisory work to a product build
A client came in wanting AI. The real need was structure. Contact data was scattered across systems, and nobody had a single view of who mattered next. We stopped an early deliverable that wouldn't solve that problem. After the advisory engagement wrapped up, that design work became the basis of an app build with students in NAIT's DMIT program, with privacy and governance designed in before data moves, built to scale beyond one shop.
