For small teams in Alberta and Saskatchewan

The AI Clarity Sprint

Clear AI rules for your team, built with you and in use within a month.

Your staff are probably using AI at work already. Some of it is on free personal accounts, and some of what goes into those tools shouldn't leave the building. If nobody has written down what's allowed, the Sprint fixes that. We work out which tools are in use, write a policy that fits how your business runs, and train your team on it.

What you'll have at the end

  • A list of the AI tools your team uses, with a risk rating for each one
  • A written AI use policy you can hand to current staff and new hires
  • A team that's been trained on the policy and knows who to ask
  • A 90-day plan, so the work keeps going after our last check-in

“I'd have rated myself a grade one or two AI user going in. Today I feel like I've jumped to high school.”

“In just a few short hours, I'm saving both time and money.”

Michelle McFadden Loomis, Business Development Advisor, RBSN

After a private AI training session with Theresa, October 2026.

Three ways to work with us

In person in Central Alberta, or online across Alberta and Saskatchewan on Teams or Zoom.

AI Clarity Kickstart

A good first step if you want staff rules in place quickly and aren't ready for the full Sprint.

  • A 90-minute working session with Theresa
  • One-page AI rules for your staff
  • A check-in at day 30

If you book the Sprint by January 31, 2027, your Kickstart fee is credited toward it. Details are in the questions below.

5 November start spots

AI Clarity Sprint

For teams that want the whole job done, with support each week. We're taking 5 Sprints for a November start.

Everything in the Kickstart, plus:

  • An inventory of the AI tools your team uses, with a risk review of each
  • A custom AI use policy, written with you
  • A 2-hour training session for your team
  • 4 weekly check-ins
  • A 90-day plan for what comes next

Clarity Partner Essentials

About 4 hours a month of advice, review and drafting, with a monthly check-in or a cadence agreed with you. 3-month minimum, then stop anytime with 30 days' written notice by email. Unused hours carry over for one month, then expire.

Our guarantee

The Kickstart and the Sprint both come with a money-back guarantee on the first session. If your first session doesn't give you something you can use, tell us within 14 days of that session and we'll refund everything you've paid. No questions asked.

Who it's for

Owners and managers of small teams in Alberta and Saskatchewan who know AI is showing up in daily work and want rules people will follow. You don't need a technical background. If you can explain how your business runs, we have enough to start.

There's no software to install. Plan on a 2-hour training session for your staff and a short weekly check-in with Theresa while the Sprint runs.

Questions

I'm not a tech person. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of the work is deciding what's allowed and talking it through with your staff. We'll explain anything technical in plain terms.
I only have a few staff. Is it worth it?
Small teams often finish fastest, because everyone fits in one training session and the policy can stay short.
Do you come to us?
Clarity at Work is based in Innisfail and works with businesses across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Email us and we'll sort out what works for your team.
Will this cover privacy?
We set clear rules for what information stays out of AI tools. This isn't legal advice, and when a question needs a lawyer, we'll tell you so.
Can I start with the Kickstart and move up later?
Yes. If you book the Sprint by January 31, 2027, your Kickstart fee is credited toward it. Bought the Kickstart at the regular $395? Your full $395 is credited toward the Sprint, so you pay $1,600 plus GST. If you bought your Kickstart at the Oct 22 workshop attendee price and book the Sprint by January 31, 2027, your full $197 is credited toward the Sprint at $1,495, so you pay $1,298 plus GST, even if you move up after October 29. If you pay for the Sprint in two payments, the credit comes off your first payment.
What if it isn't useful?
If your first session doesn't give you something you can use, tell us within 14 days of that session and we'll refund everything you've paid. No questions asked. That goes for the Kickstart and the Sprint.
What's the difference between the Kickstart and the Sprint?
The Sprint includes everything in the Kickstart: the 90-minute session, the one-page staff AI rules and the day-30 check-in. On top of that you get the tool inventory and risk review, a custom policy, a 2-hour team training, 4 weekly check-ins and a 90-day plan.
Who gets the workshop attendee price?
People who attended the Oct 22 AI at Work workshop in Innisfail, until Thursday, October 29 at 11:59 PM MT. Everyone else pays the regular price.
How do I pay?
Email us to save your spot and we'll send payment details. We take card and e-Transfer. Prices are plus GST.
