Speaking topics

AI governance for HR

What HR needs to own before AI decisions land on its desk. Theresa covers where AI shows up in hiring, performance and employee data, the privacy obligations that come with it, and how to name who's accountable for each decision.

Best for: HR professionals, people leaders and senior teams.

Responsible AI adoption for small business

For owners and managers without a legal department or an IT team. Your staff may already be using AI, approved or not, and the business is still responsible for how it's used. Owners leave knowing where AI is in use, what could go wrong, and what to fix first.

Best for: Chambers, business associations and owner groups.

AI at work: the tool is the easy part

Where AI projects get stuck before anyone picks the software, and what to decide first. Theresa walks through agreeing on the real problem, setting rules people will actually follow, and testing one governed workflow before rolling it out further.

Best for: Leadership teams, boards and conference audiences.

Each topic is tailored to the audience and sector.
