Clarity at Work

AI workshops for Alberta real estate professionals

Your agents are already using AI with clients. Give them a shared standard.

Hands-on sessions for brokerage owners and team leads. Your agents work on their own listings and follow-ups, and the brokerage leaves with one standard for how AI gets used with clients.

The risk, plainly

AI makes listing copy, follow-up emails and social posts faster to write. If the brokerage hasn't set rules, each agent decides alone what's safe to paste in and what has to be checked before it goes out. The mistakes to plan for are simple ones:

  • A fact in a listing that nobody checked
  • Client details pasted into a tool the brokerage hasn't approved
  • Enhanced photos with no brokerage rule on disclosure

Two formats

In person in Central Alberta, or online across Alberta on Teams or Zoom. Same price either way. In-person travel beyond Central Alberta is quoted separately.

Single session

$1,250 plus GST

One 90-minute session for up to 25 people.

Monthly series

$3,000 plus GST

Three monthly 60-minute sessions for up to 25 people. Pay up front, or $1,000 a month. After the third session, the series continues at $1,000 a month plus GST until you stop it.

After the first three sessions, stop anytime with 30 days' written notice by email.

Attendance rule

Each session needs at least 8 registrants confirmed 48 hours ahead. If fewer are confirmed, we'll move the session to a new date.

Session topics

Each session is built around the work your agents are doing that month. Topics include:

  • Listing ads
  • Sphere follow-up
  • Seller conversations when the market slows
  • Pricing conversations ("AI doesn't set the price")
  • Responsible AI guardrails

“Theresa has been running hands-on AI workshops for our agents this year, built around the work they actually do: their listings, their sphere, their CMAs. She's been an agent herself, so she gets our world, and she adjusts each session to where the room is. As a broker who invests in our agents' growth, I'd recommend her to any brokerage.”
